The BLAUPUNKT AX2000 splitting axe is a tool for special tasks. Using it you can easily cut a tree, chop large logs for firewood or tidy up superfluous branches in a home orchard.
The AX2000 model has a head weighing 2 kg which is made from forged and hardened 45# carbon steel. It also features a profiled fibreglass handle, which is lightweight, moisture-resistant and more durable than traditional wooden handles.
The ideal balance increases the speed of rotation and the convex shape of the blade helps to multiply the splitting effect.
