Iron plate GGA01

The GGA01 double-sided cast iron plate by Blaupunkt is a massive (1.8 kg) accessory for gas grills, compatible with GG301, GG401 and GG601 models. Measuring 20 x 36 cm, the plate has two different working surfaces – smooth and grill (fluted), which increases its functionality. The smooth side is perfect for preparing Asian-style dishes (teriyaki) or frying seafood, while the grilled side will provide distinctive stripes on steaks and vegetables. Made of high-quality cast iron, thanks to its solid construction, it guarantees excellent heat accumulation and even heat distribution.
