When reporting by phone or email, please prepare and provide the following information to make the reporting process easier:
– Name/model of the device (can be found on the nameplate)
– Serial number
– Purchase date
– Copy of the purchase receipt in the event of a warranty claim
Attention, important information: Please use the original packaging or other suitable packaging to protect the device during transport.

The data processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, for the purpose of handling complaints and carrying out service repairs of purchased goods. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer data if necessary to provide the service. The Administrator transfers data only to three groups: persons authorized by him, his employees and partners who need access to the data to carry out their tasks, processing companies entrusted with this task and couriers.
The administrator does not pass on any data or transmit any data to third countries/international organizations. The data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the goal, but for a maximum of 3 years. The data subject has the right to access, rectify, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the stated purpose.
