National and GDPR compliant data protection

The administrator of Personal Data is 2N-Everpol Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Puławska 403A entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000164987, NIP: 951-20-79-512 and REGON: 010130717. The Administrator of Personal Data is available at the following e-mail address: info@everpol.pl or by phone +48 22 688 08 00. The data are processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 letter b of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, to in order to proceed complaints and carry out service repairs of the purchased goods. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer data, if necessary, to perform the service. The administrator will only provide data to three groups: individuals authorized by him, his employees and associates who must have access to the data to perform their duties, to processors who will be entrusted with this task, and to couriers. The administrator does not share data or transfer data to a third country / international organization. The data will be stored in the time necessary to achieve the goal, for a maximum of 3 years. The data subject has the right to access his data, correct it, rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer and file a complaint to the supervisory authority. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the indicated purpose.

• “Developer” (referred to as either the Developer, We,Us or Our in this Privacy Policy) refers to 2N-Everpol Sp. z o.o
• “Country” refers to Poland.
• “Device” means any device that can access the Service such as a smartphone or a digital tablet.
• “Feedback”means feedback, innovations or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance or features of our App.
• “You” means the individual accessing or using the App,or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the App, as applicable.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Developer nor any of the Developer’s provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind,express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the App,or the information,content,and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free; (ill) as to the accuracy,reliability,or currency of any information or content provided through the App; or (iv) that the App, its servers,the content are free of viruses,scripts, trojan horses,worms,malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

The laws of the Country shall govern the Privacy Policy and Your use of the App.
