The iron is a device that nowadays can be found in almost every household. And even though ironing is not one of most people’s favourite household chores, it is worthwhile having good equipment, which will make this task much easier.

The technology is constantly developing, so it is a known fact that steam ironing is definitely more effective and simpler than ironing based solely on the high temperature and pressure of the iron’s soleplate. Following this train of thought, how can this mandatory task be further facilitated?

That is easy: by using a steam station that is much more efficient at ironing, even on very wrinkled fabrics.

Steam stations, which only a few years ago were reserved exclusively for tailors or fashion designers, are now available to individual consumers. Thanks to their use, ironing in the comfort of your home becomes faster, less tiring, and above all, more effective.

The SSP701 produces steam in a high-power boiler situated in the iron. The water is supplied by a pump from the tank in the station to the heating component, from where it is directed towards the steam holes in the iron’s soleplate with a pressure of up to 5.5 bar and a steam flow of up to 135 g/min. Such efficiency ensures proper loosening of fibres and perfect smoothing of fabrics. The process of ironing using the generator is based on steam rather than the weight and temperature of the iron, making the ironed fabric stay looking like new for longer.

The device is equipped with two ranges of steam adjustment and automatic temperature control of the iron’s soleplate. Controlling these functions is extremely simple and is done via an electronic panel on the iron and a button on the steam generator. A special option is the additional steam output function, which is activated by pressing the steam button twice.

The iron is equipped with a ceramic soleplate, because it is ceramics as a material that works best in devices whose components are regularly exposed to high temperatures. It guarantees smooth movement of the iron on the fabric, positively influencing the comfort of ironing. It is also highly scratch-resistant and does not collect dirt.

The 1.5-litre water tank with the possibility of replenishing during ironing ensures a long comfortable working time.

The iron also has an automatic shutdown function that activates when it remains stationary for 10 minutes. The indicator light and the sleep mode icon will blink and the steam station will emit a sound signal. To continue ironing, simply press the steam button.

Replacing a classic steam iron with a steam station has many advantages. Ironing will no longer be an unpleasant chore, and clothes will stay smooth and fresh for a long time.
